Health Care Assistant (HCA) - Days
£12.60 per hour
Within the Newcastle area (NE postcode region)
Full-time - 45 hours per week
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our day team within a nursing and residential care home setting in the Newcastle area. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents with a variety of support needs.
Requirements-
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred, but not essential)

Must have previous experience working in nursing home environments

Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach

Ability to follow care plans and work effectively within a team
